Overheard in the garden last week.
Caitlin, running in to me: "Mummy, Sam's killing me!"
Me (in warning tones) "Sam....."
Sam: "I'm not killing her, I'm just playing."
Me: "Caitlin, Sam isn't killing you, he's just playing with you. It's fun."
Caitlin runs back outside: "Sam, you can kill me if you want to!"
Sam: "No, Caitlin, I'm not allowed to kill you - that's just for the Romans isn't it?"
Caitlin, surprisingly unconcerned: "Oh... okay."

After singing one of their favourite songs...
Sam: "Mummy, where was the queen when they dug her?"
?????????????????????????????????????????????????
Oo-oo-ooh see that girl, watch that scene...
diggin' the dancing queen.
Hilarious! When Kir and I took Sam and Cait out for the day, we were in the car and they were singing "Dancing Queen" at the top of their voices , we were too. And we were all dancing as well. I think we made the day of the lady in the Audi A3 next to us.

Toooooo cute! Sam and Avery could get into some SERIOUS TROUBLE if they were allowed to play together. Good thing we're on separate continents!
